Ratesport Affiliate Agreement
1. The term of the agreement begins with our acceptance and can be terminated by either party in writing.
2. Commissions of 10% per sale are only payable during the term of the agreement only.
3. This agreement can be modified anytime at our sole discretion by posting on our website and your continued participation acknowledges your acceptance.
4. Ratesport will not be liable for any damages whatsoever of any kind as a result of you being accepted into our affiliate program.
5. You also acknowledge that you have read this agreement and that we may from time to time have different commission structures with other affiliates that may be similar in structure to your website.
6. This agreement will be governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
7. The affiliate ad copy provided within this program has been originally created by us, and we retain all legal copyrights. Any misuse of any portion of our graphics, ad copy, articles and other material outside of our terms or for any other reason unassociated to our affiliate program without our consent is considered copyright infringement. You agree to use our material only under our terms, specifically and exclusively for this affiliate program.
